The Leaderboard tracks pilot and operator standings across the JetCard community.

Pilot Leaderboard

Ranks all pilots by:

• Total hours flown
• Flights completed
• Reputation score
• Earnings

Your position reflects your overall contribution to the community. There’s no “endgame” — the leaderboard is an ongoing motivator as new pilots join and veterans continue building their records.

Operator Leaderboard

Ranks charter operators by:

• Revenue — total charter revenue generated
• Reputation — operator reputation score

Filter between Independent operators and Partner operators.

Career Progression

JetCard is designed as an open-ended career simulator. A typical progression:

Stage 1 — Freelance

Start as a freelance pilot flying NPC aircraft. Earn 10% of charter value while building reputation and savings. Learn the charter system, flight phases, and financial model.

Stage 2 — Employment

Once you have solid reputation, browse the Job Board for player-owned operators hiring pilots. Apply, get hired, and earn a negotiated pay rate flying the company’s fleet. Build hours on real aircraft and earn steady income.

Stage 3 — Ownership

With enough capital ($500,000+) and reputation, form your own operator. Purchase or lease aircraft, hire pilots, manage routes, and keep the full charter value minus operating costs. This is where the business simulation deepens — every flight is a profit/loss decision.

Ongoing

There’s no final state. Owners continue growing their fleets, expanding bases, and competing on the operator leaderboard. The live sports charter system (coming soon) adds real-world seasonal dynamics to the charter board.
