Getting Started

Installation

JetCard is a Windows desktop application distributed as a one-click installer. After purchasing a license key, download the installer from your confirmation email and run it. The app installs to your user profile — no admin rights required.

On first launch, you’ll see the auth screen. Create an account with your email and password, then enter your license key to activate.

First Launch

After signing in, you’ll land on the Home page. The sidebar on the left is your main navigation:

  • Home — news feed, flight stats, financial overview
  • Logbook — your flight history with detailed after-action reports
  • Charters — the charter board where you find and accept flights
  • Live Map — see all active pilots on a live map
  • Leaderboard — pilot and operator rankings
  • Bank — loans, transactions, financial management
  • Aircraft Market — browse and purchase aircraft
  • Job Board — apply to player-owned operators
  • Company — manage your operator (once formed)
  • Settingssim connection, Navigraph, display preferences

Your First Flight

  1. Navigate to the Charters page
  2. Browse available charters — each shows the route, aircraft category, passenger count, and charter value
  3. Click a charter to open the drawer with full details
  4. Select an aircraft (as a freelancer, you’ll fly generic NPC aircraft)
  5. Click Accept to book the charter
  6. The Dispatch Module opens — your Electronic Flight Bag with briefing, weather, OFP, and more
  7. Set up your flight in the sim (load the aircraft, set the departure airport)
  8. Fly the route — JetCard detects your flight phases automatically
  9. After landing and shutting down, click Complete Flight to file the trip and get paid
  10. Review your After-Action Report with financial breakdown and reputation changes

Display Name & Home Base

Head to Settings to set your display name and home airport (ICAO code). Your home base affects which charters appear nearby on the charter board.

SimBrief Integration

If you use SimBrief for flight planning, connect your Navigraph account in Settings > Sim Integrations. JetCard will automatically generate an OFP when you accept a charter and display it in the Dispatch Module’s OFP tab.
