Job Board
The Job Board lists all player-owned charter operators in the JetCard community. Browse companies, compare pay rates, and apply for employment.
Operator Table
A sortable table showing every operator with key details:

| Callsign | Radio telephony callsign |
| Base | Primary home airport (ICAO) |
| Pilots | Number of pilots on roster |

| Type | Partner or Independent |
| Hiring | Green dot if actively accepting applications |
| Reputation | Color-coded bar — green (70+), gold (40–69), red (below 40) |
Click any column header to sort ascending or descending.
Filters
Four filter buttons at the top of the page:
- All Operators — show everything
- Partner VAs — only Partner-badged virtual airlines
- Independent — independently operated companies
- Hiring Now — only operators currently accepting applications
Operator Detail Drawer
Click any operator row to open the detail drawer showing:
- Reputation — score with visual bar, home base, all bases, and founding date
- Stats — pilot count, fleet size, pay rate, and type
- Employment Details — hiring status, pay rate, undercut policy, AI ferry policy, and company bio
Applying
Click Apply in the detail drawer to submit an application. The operator owner reviews applications in their Company Admin tab and can accept or reject.
Requirements
- You must be FREELANCE to apply — employed pilots and owners cannot submit applications
- The operator must have hiring enabled
- You can only have one pending application at a time
What Happens When Accepted
- Your status changes to EMPLOYED
- You earn the operator’s pay rate on every charter
- You fly the operator’s fleet aircraft instead of generic NPC planes
- Your employer appears on your pilot card and Leaderboard entry
You can resign from your company at any time via the Company page.
